Dr. Manuel is a kind and gentle man who takes the time to listen and assess. I appreciate that he uses humour appropriately and slows the process down to explain to me in layman's terms what is happening to my body, to my kidneys. Everytime I have required a doctor's note or a refill of a prescription he has been very obliging. He doesn't hestitate to refer to another specialist if needed and seems to communicate well with other specialists working with me. This gives me great confidence in this man, no ego gets in the way. I am very pleased that Dr. Manuel is my doctor.
