DOCTOR PERFORMANCE IS CONSIDERED GOOD, CLIENT SERVICE BY ADMIN SUPPORT (MEDICAL SECRETARY) IS VERY POOR. VERY SELDOM ANSWERS THE PHONE, CANNOT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE AS VOICEMAIL IS ALWAYS FULL. WHEN DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE, SECRETARY HANGS UP. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. THIS AFFECTS THE GOOD DOCTOR'S SERVICE RATING AND MAY CONSIDER IMPROVING THE SERVICE LEVEL AT THIS POINT.

I am totally disgusted with this doctor. First of all shes the only person in town that dose the IUD's which is ridicules, anyway I went down to get an IUD inserted by her at the Syncrude Sports and Wellness center at a facility called Primary Care Network. This facility isn't her office, so I was confused as to why I had to go there instead of her office. I went there and told the receptionist that I had and app at 12 20, she proceeded to tell me that I may be waiting a while cause Dr. Chaudhry is ALWAYS late.... I was like great, here I am with an infant and I have to wait longer that I planned. So FINALLY she showed up and hour and 15 mins later!!! Can you believe that!?? SO by then my kid was hungry so I had to feed him, and let someone go ahead of me which means I had to wait longer! So then it was my turn and I went into the office expecting a SORRY I WAS LATE?? But nope! I was soooo mad but didn't say anything for fear that she may make my experience more painful that its supposed to be. Then she told me to make an app 2 weeks later at her other office in the medical center..... So I called the next day and asked for and app for 2 weeks after and asked for 10 am. Well, nope couldn't have that app... so I asked y?? Because she only dose them once a day at the end of her day at 12:20pm.... Can you believe that??? Ridiculous.... If ur planning on getting and IUD, plan a trip to Edmonton to do it.
