My husband and I had a very bad experience with Dr Litner. She is the most incompetent and unprofessional doctor that we have ever encountered in our lives. Her staff is rude and awfully unhelpful. She never calls you back (even if it is urgent and she knows that you are sitting on needles waiting for her to call). BTW when confronted she always comes up with a somewhat 'legit' excuse why she didn't call you (which always seems like a lie): sometimes it's the system's fault, the other times a patient was dying (not sure how the patient was dying in a family doctor's office though...). You would think that a doctor should at least give you the right requisition form, but no....not Litner:). She screwed up almost every requisition that we needed. My husband and I had an inside joke: "what do you think, did she get it right this time?" :) But the most disappointing was her attitude. She really does not care about you. As an example, we were waiting for the Panorama results (we had 2 miscarriages before so we were really worried and asked Litner to call us right away). We knew that LifeLab delivered the results before noon on Monday...so I called Litner's office around that time and left a message with her secretary asking to call me back as soon as she sees my results. By 5 pm we did not hear from Litner's office so my husband drove there and asked what was going on. The secretary said that Litner reviewed the results and left for the day(!!!???) but asked her to call me to tell the results....until then she couldn't give him any information. So obviously my husband asked her to call me right away (just to note that there was almost no one in the office at the time and the staff was doing nothing apart from leisurely chit chatting with each other). But for some reason the secretary was reluctant to call.... Really??!! Is it so difficult? BTW it literally took her less than a minute to call me and say : all is good, you are having a healthy baby.... I can't even imagine if any of Litner's patients ever has a terminal disease (God forbid) or something and she treats him the same way... what that patient might feel... So that's the end of the story. We left Litner and I hope her patients do the same until it's too late...

A horrible doctor - very unprofessional ! she made so many mistakes with us...Screws up requisitions, gives wrong medical advice... but the worst part - she really does not care about her patients. The staff is very arrogant. Stay away!
