In urgent need of surgery, living in another province, I was fortunate to be put in contact with Dr Dagenais who agreed to take me as a patient; when my family came from away, he was very reassuring and he even took time to explain to a friend of mine what was going on. Very approachable and knowledgeable. First contacts were by phone, and I immediately found him very professional and caring.
