It could happen that a human being, even a doctor, makes mistakes; but when he makes too much, with too much people, and with arrogance, in my opinion that means there is a BIG problem: not a mistake but a serious problem because a doctor have peoples life in his hands. The Doctor is supposed to respect the Hippocratic Oath. The doctor who does not respect this should not call himself a doctor and people should not accept to be treated like some of as were treated.

I have never encountered a gentler, better doctor. I've found him STELLAR in his listening skills, seeming compassion, judgment and willingness to help. It's no wonder to me that he won the Award for Medical Excellence (see youtube).
