Needs to learn to listen a bit better. Took my 18 month old with very high fever and headache, vomitting and being lathergic. At the time of visit my child was temporarily allert but I reviewed the last 24 hours of constant headache and fever and no appetite etc. He sent us home with Tylenol. After a horrible sleeples night of ear ache (at the time I didn't know that it was the ears) and high fever we went to a walk in clinic. The doctor there was shocked that the ear infection was missed the day before!
