Doslos

Used to think of him as caring, helful etc. That was when he first started. He is now somewhat arrogant, self centred and allowed a severe ear infection to get past him. Had to go to a walk-in clinic to get correct medication. You need to ask yourself why is he always in a position to take on new patients? The centre for family medicine is now run like a private club, with the patients having to slot into their schedule. You are not allowed to book a time slot that you can get to, you have to have the next slot available. When we were trying for a five pm appointment, we were refused on the grounds that the slots were not for our convience, Dr Lee-Poy said "The request was inappriopriate" Direct quote made available by him. This was in regards to an ear infection that was diagnosed by him as swimmers ear. Buro.Sol was googled as the solution. Told ok in 24hrs. 48hrs later, walk-in clinic Codine for pain, antibiotics for infection and appripriate ear drops. Used to be a good Doctor.....
