Terrible bedside manner. Did an awake intubation without any explanation before hand. I was taken down to the O.R. for brain surgery and my family saw her a few minutes later in the parking garage. The neuro-surgeon expressed his frustration with having to wait, saying "I believe my time is worth something". Very poor service.
