I had an appointment on 11:30. I waited an hour to be checked by the nurse. She asked couple of questions, measured some stuff as well as my eye pressure. Then I waited another hour in the waiting room. They Dr called me in her room. Immediately afterwards she left and didn't return until an hour later. She didn't even apologized. Ask few questions. Measured my eye pressure Again! Then scheduled me for the surgery. When she accidentally realized I am not a Canadian citizen, she said her malpractice insurance doesn't cover non-Canadians! Can't they just put some notes in the front office to inform patients, so I don't have to wait 3 hours for nothing? Are all their patients Canadians?
