Killed a patient . Let a patient die Jeffrey James who was an aquaintence of mine . Saw him four times in 2 Months while he was held at Queen st in leg restraints which caused him to have a blood clot that killed him. While in Dr Sius care he died. This Doctor is an evil negligent piece of callous trash who makes his living denying and diminishing illness for Insurance companies. Because his license to practice was removed is the rumour.
