If this is the Dr. Mark Evans that works out of the Peter Lougheed Santuri Hospice in Calgary I would like to comment on his professionalism. My husband died on Jan. 4, 2013 and after leaving numerous messages for Dr. Evans to call me regarding my husbands cause of death, not once did I ever receive a call back from him. I am disgusted that he would not even take 5 minutes to let me know the cause of death. I have never heard back from him and really don't even think that Dr. Mark Evans exists. It is hard enough losing a loved one but to have to deal with a Dr. who has no compassion or caring and can't take the time to callyou back if disgusting.
