Thank you for your excellent care all those years ago for our little boy Seth. You have left an indelible impression on us, and since we have seen you last, 4 years ago, we moved away and now are back in the region. We are trying to make you our family doctor currently, but it seems you are unable to take any more patients. We will keep trying, though, it is worth it.
