This rating is about Dr. McPhail as a psychotherapist not an MD. Found her very unprofessional with an inability to empathize or properly diagnose and a very poor bedside manner. Was extremlely judgemental and I felt worse after seeing her. I received feedback from other medical professionals about my experience as I felt maybe I was being too sensitive and they confirmed that I indeed had reason to choose not to return to Dr. McPhail. She misdiagnosed me without truly getting to know me - think twice about going to an ex MD who is now practicing psychotherapy- they may be covered by OHIP but for those seriously wanting/needing the help to improve their lives you need to be much more selective.
