I saw Dr. Ayala for over a year. She was intimidating, uncaring, condescending and not sympathetic in the slightest until I burst out crying one time to tell her that my Mother was dying. She would threaten to disown me as her patient on more then one occasion. I should note that since living in Quebec she was the 4th Psychiatrist I'd seen because none of them seem to stick around, and I've seen many Psychiatrists in my life being treated for depression and bi-polar and I have NEVER met anyone like her as a professional.
