She is brutal and merciless. When in an emergency room, she has to realize that patients do not necessarily come to picnic/ enjoy there. They are there with pain and it's depressing for some to be at the hospital and I was insulted. And so was my wife recently.

Great physician, and she was very friendly even tho the ER was full of patients, she seemed caring and passionate about her job.
