My father was admitted at Rouge Valley Health due his heart condition. Malek Shawesh (not worthy to be called a "doctor") was called by the nurse because my dad started feeling weakness in his legs and weakness all over his body and was sweating, and was having some chest pain. The idiot "doctor" walked in my father's room holding his chart and rudely asked what the problem is. As I started explaining my dad's symptoms, he stopped me immediately and asked if I'm a physician, if I know what I'm talking about. He further went on blabbing a bunch of medical terms to us because he wanted to make us feel belittled. He did not want to check my father at all because my dad did not have severe chest pain and the weakness in his whole body and sweating according to him are not symptoms of a potential heart attack, even though we explain that my father had the weakness symptoms before his first heart attack. This malek guy told us that just because my dad is feeling weakness and shortness of breath it does not mean he is having a heart attack. In any case we found him to be a pompous moron who was only there to show off the limited medical terms he knew. He did not check my dad at all, instead he told us that ONLY if my dad is having chest pain that's when we should be concerned. We found him to be extremely unprofessional, he talked down to us, did not check the patient . Clearly he is a new doctor and lacks knowledge in the medical field, no wonder why Rouge Valley hired him, a low rated hospital would only hire idiots like Malek Shawesh to join their "medical team". If I were you I would at all cost avoid that hospital and definitely avoid malek if is the doctor on call.

Very inconsiderate and quality of service was very poor. One word to describe this doctor: ARROGANT. Instead of checking up on the patient, and doing the test we asked to be administered to provide some relief, he argued with us for 15 minutes until finally agreeing. He would ask us questions then cut us off when we would talk. Very unprofessional. Will be filing a complaint to the Chief of Doctor.
