Dr. Castagna is great. However his secretary is the absolute worst staff you could hire for your office. From my experience, someone like her should not even have a chance at employment in any setting that requires compassion and understanding because she is incapable of either one. She is rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. Upon contacting her initially to let her know that I needed an appointment for my sister ASAP(a patient of the office) due to her having had an episode of a seizure, she mentioned that she had nothing available. At this point I needed to see the doctor because he had to write a prescription so we could put my sister back on the meds in order to make sure the seizures are controlled before we can follow-up with other tests. I called back and she then hung up the phone. Upon a third call she said she won't see the doctor till the following week and will get back to me. It is over a week later and still nothing. Unacceptable! We will never go back.
