Lucy spoke to me only once in the 6 weeks my mother has been under her care. All she wanted to discuss was DNR (do not resuscitate) and funeral plans on the first day my mother arrived at Foothills ... I was still in shock about the accident and Lucy was asking me to euthanize her like a dog! Lucy left a message on one other occasion and did not answer any of my questions. She is the worst!

Is vey hard to rich Dr. Lucy Hyndman. My husband was under her care in Foothills Hospital in may 2013.In the discharge document says that they will provide the patient with an appointment to follow up with the neurology team for further tests. He still did not hear back about the appointments being made for him.I finaly got to talk to Dr. Hyndman on Sept. 25/2013.She said she will look into it and get back to me the next day.She never did and I keep calling an leave messages for her hopping that she will give us an answer.

Dr. Lucy Hyndman looked after me while I was in the Foothills Hospital. She has been excellent at following up once I was discharged.I found her to be a very caring person and her response to any questions was very quick.Best care I have had in some time. 5 stars
