I was examined by Dr Chartrand on Oct 4, 2010 after a bad fall on a cruiseship. I was highly impressed by his competence and carefulness. He took 2 hours to evaluate my history and condition and finally had me flown to Quebec City as he did not have the equipment to read my pacemaker and defibrillator. He is a great gentleman fully competent and highly human and I was priviliged to benefit from his services. Thanks, Doctor!
