My daughter went to the clinic to get a prescription for Birth Control and was told that Dr. Rossiter would not give her the prescription and she was told to come back later and see another doctor. I called the clinic to find out why my daughter was turned away. The clinic told me that Dr. Rossiter does not BELIEVE in Birth control!!!!!! What kind of doctor does not believe in supporting her patients and turns down their requests? I believe it IS HER job to support her patient, not turn them away!

I had a bad run of luck with my health and was feeling particularly discouraged due to my family doctor moving away and not being able to find a replacement. I had such a wide array of symptoms (which I understand might seem exaggerated/falsified or unrelated to some doctors) and was repeatedly brushed off and rushed out by multiple doctors at the Mission Hills Medical Clinic. I eventually stopped seeking answers after various mistreatment wether it was being brushed off or blatantly told I had "drug seeking behaviour" (despite never ONCE asking or accepting paid medication other than anti-inflammatories) until I had such a horrible flare up of symptoms I had to go back. Dr Rossiter sat down with me, fully listened to all of my symptoms, what I had tried previously, and gave me a full examination. She told me that I wasn't delusional (by this point I was starting to worry that it was in my head as a previous MD had suggested) and she thought I might have an auto immune disorder. She referred me to 2 different specialists and managed to get me in within a couple weeks, as well as sending me for a full blood panel and set me up with an allergy specialist as well. She was patient and kind and I left her office in tears because I finally felt like someone was taking me seriously. Thanks to her I found out I DO have an auto immune disease and there is a long complicated road ahead of me, but at least I finally have a light at the end of the tunnel. I would absolutely recommend anyone to her.

I have seen Dr. Rossiter several times at Mission Hills Medical and always found her helpful, as much as drop in clinic doctors can be. She is running a weekly clinic there for a specific chronic health issue and I have started atoning for the co tinyity of care for this chronic condition. I found her to be thorough, warm, communicative and helpful. I’m looking forward to seeing her again in 3 months as she helps to monitor my health.

I had gone to the Mission Hills Medical Clinic and was in contact with her over the phone to help me get me started on proper adhd/add medication. She reassured me that I could rely on her the help me find the right medication. She helped me try three different medications, none of which helped, and when I went back to her to try a fourth one under close and informed reccomendation by a pharmacist she told me "this has gotten out of hand" and now refuses to help me. I have been diligent in returning left over medications to the pharmacy to reassure them I am not mistreating the meds but now eventhough Dr.Rossiter has already helped prescribe 3 trial meds the 4th was "too much" for her and now she wont help me. This is extremely disheartening for someone like me who is just trying to fix my mental health and adhd/add is a disorder where its really trial and error. But im too troubled for her to help so now shes dismissed me and swept me under the rug.
