Richard WALKER

I saw a doctor in a newly opened walk-in clinic on Apr 8/15. This doctor was unfriendly and uncaring and made me feel like I was wasting his time. I saw Dr. Simard-Chiu the same day and had seen her before. She listened to all of my concerns and explained what she felt would be the best way to proceed. She is knowledgeable, caring and genuinely wants to help in the best way possible. She explains everything to you and does not rush you out of her office. I liked her right off. To bad we don't have more doctors like her. I hope she stays here for a long time. She is GREAT.

Dr. Simard was rude and unfeeling. With my heart condition and as sick as I was, she was 0% help. She did not believe what I was telling her. I had to beg her for antibiotics. She was trying to tell me she is a doctor. At one point she said I am not giving you any antibiotics. I said I would go and wait to see another doctor. She then wrote me a prescription. She switched me to a bigger room when I started coughing. I told her I don't have covid as I tested prior to going to the clinic.
