I had the worst experience with Dr.? Keyvani during my gastroscopy.. In the past needed to be put out totally as I can not tolerate the tubes being put down my throat due to severe gagging reflex... I presumed I was getting so as I was told to lay on my side and already had been prepped with my IV in my wrist...Before I knew it I was gagging and burping and thrashing about because of the tubes being thrust down gaging my throat... I was trying to scream...I could feel being held down fiercely by the assisting nurses.... (as I am still feeling a sore shoulder).... it was the most horrific experience of my life... keep reliving it...the procedure was done Jan 14/22 and to this day have a sore throat in the morning and sore stomach at times...Why did she not put me out completely as had been done previously by the Doctor before many times?...Finally after many calls to the office in Surrey wondering about my results of the biopsies and other many polyps?? . got a call two weeks later to say from the receptionist that all was normal?? I demanded the letter sent to my GP and found out that not only numerous polyps etc. but also I have a Hiatal Hernia!!!..... Why no call from this Specialist....??? I swear I have had some physical trauma done because of the extreme physical actions during my test. My throat still hurts to this day Feb. 11/22. I am left to see my GP and ask all these questions and to see if I might need another procedure to check out any damage because of this so called Doctor of medicine. I demand to know why I wasn't given the courtesy of being put out for this invasive procedure as done previously by Dr. Prest and Dr. Sandhu... this Dr. that did my procedure was a 'Locum' who did NOT care of my needs as previously done in the past....
