Dr. Lawrence Kotkas saved my life by finding out that I had Hashimoto's thyroid disease and advising me to follow his nutritional and medical recommendations. That was almost 34 years ago and I have continued to have excellent health following his regime. I hope he will contact me so that I can thank him in person, next time I visit Lethbridge. I continue to take thyroid medication, vitamins, minerals, and eat healthy foods. My two adult children and healthy and I am constantly amazed and thankful for the referral to Dr. Lawrence Kotkas!

I wrote a review a few years back and then discovered this amazing soul passed away. I’ve been an avid fan of Dr. Kotkas and am also studying therapy with several therapists and doctors including Dr. Gabor Maté that address traumatized humans (most of us). After many doctors and even having a mother who was a nurse, my condition was ignored and devalued. When I met Dr. Kotkas I was chronically ill without knowing what was ‘wrong’ with me. His approach to assisting me started with a full blood/urine analysis through the lab at the Lethbridge St. Michael’s hospital (for the person responding that he’s unlicensed) as well as a thorough review of my family history. At almost 62 years old I feel great considering my terrible remissions into poor nutrition but I did manage to quit smoking. Having had 2 children who are both healthy and happy I can attest for the amazing work Dr. Kotkas has done for myself and many others!
