Dr. L. Hoffman is a Psychiatrist of very high calibre. He is highly professional and carries this demeanor throughout his sessions. I have been his patient for three years. He listens to you intently, allows you to speak freely and formulate your thoughts and then shares his input in a tailored teaching manner which has an impact on the patient. Following my sessions with Dr. H., I have been left with positive, perpetuating thoughts which have helped me to solve unsolvable problems and control anxiety and alleviate depressive feelings. He is inspiring and has the ability to inspire and help you to improve your life and control situations. If the patient is in a dreadful state of mind, he listens cautiously and in a quiet honest manner will make his statement in a learned way and always moving forward. He is an excellent diagnostician, both as psychiatrist and medical doctor. He is truly a man of superior intelligence and integrity and the Royal Victoria Hospital must be proud of this calibre of physician, a gentleman and a scholar.
