I made an informed decision. I am applying for physician assisted death. I don't have any other choice. I just can't take this pain anymore. I just can't. I have no family or friends for support. I am completely on my own. My medication has stopped working. Everybody hates me. I screwed up everything and I don't know why or even how it all happened. My mental health has deteriated so much since August 2015 and it keeps getting worse. I know I made stupid mistakes that I regret but I also know it was the antidepressant that I was on at the time that caused unusual behaviour. I wish I knew that a lot sooner but now it's way too late.

In my opinion there are better psychiatrists out there far better than Dr. Litwinson. Ever since she has yelled and sworn at me i never felt completely safe with her. I feared that she would physically harm me. She has also given my confidential information to others. She has sued me because her medication caused my unusual behaviour. And Dr. Litwinson has destroyed me completely. She is a poor excuse for a psychiatrist.

Dr. Shitwinson is a phony. She thinks she is better than everyone else. She thinks she knows everything. She lies right to your face and talks behind your back. She is not understanding. Laurie doesn't take responsibility for her mistakes and she has made a lot of them. And she shares your personal information with everybody.

While tucking my grandson in bed tonight he asked me to sing him the lullabye that I use to sing to him. I haven't sung it to him in ages. As I sat beside his bed holding his little hand and stroking his hair I began singing to him. Throughout the lullabye I kept breaking down into tears as I know I won't be there to watch him and his younger sibling grow up. They have Dr. Litwinson to thank for that.

Dr. Litwinson has a very bad temper. She is very scary. She has yelled and sworn at me numerous times without a single apology. She has shared my confidential information with others as well as sharing other patients confidential information with me. She has left other patients folders open on her desk in my presence. She has also called me names and has put me down constantly. Laurie is a disgrace to the helping profession.
