Dr. Shaver was on rotation as Royal Victoria Health Centre, and charged with overseeing inpatient care for individuals who had recently had surgery. Dr. Shaver failed to show up in the ward for at least 5 days, in spite of pages from nurses and messages left from patients and family asking for attention. This behaviour (or lack thereof) is unacceptable, and reprehensible. Avoid at all costs.
