Dr. Wassef is direct and to-the-point, can be viewed as cold by some, but I've never had a problem with her, and instead appreciate her quick service.

I don't think i've ever had a ruder doctor EVER. She checked my ears without even moving my hair out of the way. Didn't even say hello or bye , in fact she didn't say two words to me. I'm actually surprised by some of the ratings, i'd give her a big fat zero if there was one. Her personality doesn't fit what i feel a doctor should have.
