Dr. G. saw my father at MSH last year and she was spectacular. His health concerns are many and complex and she took the time to read through his whole file, dating back years to become completely familiar with his case and give him the best care and treatment possible. She is extremely well trained, very knowledgable and still manages to have a good bed-side manner which is rare in specialist of her caliber.

We are in the midst of reporting Dr. Kumudini Gnanapandithen to MSH and the Board of Doctors and Physicians for her ill conceived recommendation in attempting to "strong arm" my wife into making what could have been an unnecessary life altering decision. She basically told my wife who was recently diagnosed with Vertigo that she now had a strong possible case of Temporal Arteritis and needs to make a decision as time is of the essence. However, she failed to ask my wife two basic and most pertinent questions, and took it upon herself to visually decide on her own accord to treat my wife for this condition which involves steroid injections. She was very adamant that her assessment was correct even though she did not follow thorough medical protocol Luckily I have a very close friend in the medical profession and my friend asked another friend who is a neurologist. The neurologist is very experienced and without seeing my wife needed to know if two very crucially important symptoms existed which my wife did not have. In hindsight Dr. G's assessment was medical negligence. We are not at all satisfied with Dr G and it leaves me wondering. What is Markham Stouffville Hospital doing hiring such a “doctor” and how many times has she wrongly diagnosed others. Upon my wife’s release Dr. G started to back track on her assessment and was sheepish. In having doctors such as Dr G on staff, I would not recommend MSH either

Dr G as she is known at MSH simply blew me away with her compassionate approach to patient care. My dad was treated by many doctors at MSH, and almost died in ICU, but Dr G stood out for my family and I. She was well-versed with my dad’s medical history and current ailments before she contracted me with recommendations for treatment. A very patient and attentive doctor, who takes the time to speak with family respectfully and empathetically, and understands the hardship that they are going through. This is an important factor that most doctors seem to forget, but Dr G seems to still practise, to her credit. Her medical recommendations have been solid to date in regards to my dad’s care. I would recommend this doctor without a doubt.
