This woman does not show the least bit of concern for your health. She disregards whatever concern or pain you are experiencing without providing any help or advice. Terrible experience with this careless doctor. I asked to get a recommendation for a specialist and she refused as she believed that there was nothing wrong with me despite the abnormal pain I was experiencing. A month later my painful symptoms persisted and so I went to another place. That doctor immediately wrote me a recommendation to see a specialist because he was patient and considerate, unlike Dr Luu. I believe she takes advantage of her position as many of her patients are Chinese and Vietnamesse allophones who do not have any other option but to see her due to their limited language abilities. She knows that she will always have a steady list of patients, therefore it is unnecessary to put any effort in the job at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
