Why did Dr. Kevin Charles Moran decided to become a (ER) doctor when he cares nothing about sick patients. He's a bully, arrogant, aggressive, share your personal sickness out loud so everyone can hear, doesn't check you throughly. I went Rouge Valley Emergency on Jan 4 with a delibating sickness that's getting worse & he didn't do anything. I went back on Jan 11th & I got him again & he didn't do anything. He did so much more to me, I'm too weak to type everything but I did file an incident report with his boss. Why is he still practicing? This unacceptable! Is Rouge Valley Hospital & other hospitals/medical centers going to wait until he sends home a patient to die because of his lack of compassion, I pray it doesn't happen & they do something about him if he refuses to change his prideful & unloving behaviour!

Dr. Moran was on duty when I had to attend the ER in Oshawa. I find him to be very professional and by his interactions with patients, especially children you can tell he truly cares about his patients. I did not have him as my doctor this particular time but observed him while I was waiting in the ER. He even went to the floor on his knees and held crying children’s hands speaking softly to them, calming them them and reassuring them that he was going to take good care of them. In todays society we need more doctors like this man. Personally I do not know him but deserves to be recognized for the doctor he is.
