Dr. Taylor, I think you need to be a little more open minded with your treatment and I think you may benefit by furthering your medical studies. You graduated in '72 and medicine has changed quite a bit since then. It is unfortunate that you are getting on in your age but this does not mean that you can choose who you're going to help and who you like, this is NOT what a doctor is supposed to do. I'm not sure how you sleep at night letting people suffer the way you do. You are an extremely charitable man and I do admire this about you but being kind in one aspect of your life does not excuse being harsh and uncaring in the other.
