Dr. Symon retired from the Kensington Medical Clinic last September, I believe. I had been seeing him for many years but he left without giving me a referral to another doctor. He has so far apparently refused to return my emails and I have no phone number for him.

Are we talking about the same Dr. Keith Symon who worked at the Kensington Medical Clinic and supposedly retired to Victoria except for one day a month at the Kensington Clinic? That would be the one I used to see when he was available. I almost thought he was my family doctor after seeing him occasionally for about 30 years. But it's just a walk-in clinic where you can't be choosy And he made it very clear to me that he wasn't and wouldn't be my family doctor. The trouble was that he didn't refer me to any other family doctor either, despite violating a medical code from the College of Physicians & Surgeons. And when I finally found my own reference to a family doctor at a different clinic,, it was from a pharmacist at the Kensington Pharmasave Drug Store, the same drug store which Dr. Symon dealt with regularly. Maybe he still does. So I was quite disappointed with him and his low rated, no phone service, Kensington Medical Clinic. This was especially so after being diagnosed with Atrial Fibulation of my heart.
