Performed a percutaneous drain procedure on me for my blocked, infected gallbladder. Very knowledgeable and efficient at the procedure, no complaints there. I was EXTREMELY nervous about the procedure, and nobody there was at all sympathetic about that, so I was disappointed at their attitudes. Dr King seemed annoyed that I suffered shoulder tip pain post procedure, as if I chose that... Trust me, would have preferred not to be in pain! Thankfully the team dealt with that complication quickly and efficiently.
