I have been in Alberta for almost 5 years know and have been seeking a good quality female Dr that is concerned about what is going on with my health and my family's rather than just concerned with getting royalties for prescriptions that are written out like a signature at a book singing. It has been a long hard road trying to find the quality of care that I have been seeking. From the first visit, she took care in discovering all she could regarding myself and my health from birth on as well as all family health history. She was more thorough than any Dr I have ever seen in my 40 some years. She logged all the information I gave her into a laptop rather than jotted notes on file paper and once the questions she had for me were complete she proceeded to order a full blood work up prior to subscribe me anything. She gave me only the prescriptions that I insisted on because of the current health issue I was dealing with and then scheduled a full physical for myself. At the physical, she again was more thorough than any Dr I have ever seen. Explaining through it all what she was doing and why as well as maintaining an excellent bedside manner that included comfort with the things that made me uncomfortable. I have since sent 3 of my children and countless others her way, and have heard nothing but rave reviews from all that have taken my advice too see her. My daughter has had health issues for years that we have not been able to get resolution on from any other Dr, she has seen many. Dr. Laverty has been able to assist with these issues, some are still being investigated, others have been almost completely resolved. This is a gift that is unexplainable,unless you are the mother concerned for her child in a world of Dr's that only want to write prescriptions and are not willing to do the work to discover what is really going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR TO ANYONE!!! Thank you Dr. Kay Laverty for the gift of you :)

very rude and judgemental... never on time and left her patients without any contact info or any notice when she moved her practice.. my kids are afraid to talk to her even

Months of appointments with this doctor and no treatment after all this time. My health is failing and she is getting paid for not doing a thing.

Dr. Laverty has been FANTASTIC! I have seen her three times in the last six weeks for initial diagnosis and then some follow-up appointments. On one of those occasions she was, indeed, running quite late. However, the reception made me aware when I checked in and when I saw Dr. Laverty she didn’t rush me through my appointment just to make up time. She was kind and thoughtful and really listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Laverty, she has been kind, thoughtful, Thorough, professional, and patient with me. She is EXACTLY the type of family doctor I was hoping for.
