I Had back pain over 20 years and was pretty much bed ridden but after 6 months of treatment with Dr. H, I know started dancing again and feel 20 years younger. He is very caring and compassionate and from first visit with him, he made me feel that there was hope. Of course, I have had to work hard and do physiotherapy and exercises that he had prescribed in addition to the medication he gave me and the injections but now I feel like a new person. I can't thank him enough. I would definately recommend him. To see him, its a 4 hour drive for me and now I only need treatment once every 6 weeks but initially i had to see him weekly. the drive was long but its worth the time.

He is an amazing doctor. After 10 years of having Fibromyalgia, he finally gave me an explanation what it means. I learned I had to accept that its chronic condition and helped me come in terms with it and now we are working together to reduce my pain so that I can do more of the things I enjoy doing. He was honest and told me uprfront that there is no cure but he can help make my pain less so that i can do more of the things I enjoy. I have been seeing him for 6 months now and I still have pain but its much better and more important I am not focused on my pain as I used to be in past but rather I am focusing on doing more and have started to work again and Living again. I am forever grateful to Dr. H. thanks you !!!!!!!

Amazing compassionate caring physician. I have been seeing him for my backpain for the past 3 years and he has changed my life. Ne never rushes me, he always wants to know about my life and not just where it hurts. I had seen many pain doctors before but had no results in past. His personality is what makes him different, he truly cares and it shows.

I was at a community talk that he provided for free last week, and have not seen him as a patient yet. Everybody at community Center talk highly of him... he has been doing lots of volunteer work for years....but I am most impressed by his knowledge and his passion for pain management. I am going to ask my doctor to refer me to him. Looking forward to it

I don't know where to start.... I saw him initially 1 year ago and my life has changed since then. I used to think my pain will never go away and it ruled my life, but now thanks to Dr H my pain is much better but more important is his compassion and humanity in teaching me to move beyond pain and to not let pain define my life. I now work full time, have started gym and swimming, I still have some pain but it is only small part of my life. I feel my last 14 years were lost years and thanks to Dr H I learned to live again. He is a skillful physician but what I admire about him is his humbleness and compassion
