Dr. Ivanov is an excellent physician. She is careful, kind and thorough in her examination. She gives the impression of caring about her patients, and has very good listening skills. She is one of the better physicians I have come across in terms of her ability to relate to her patients. I highly recommend her.

I was very happy with this doctor - she seemed genuine, caring and very professional. I had several problems and she took the time to listen and take all my concerns seriously. I wish there would be more like her.

I saw this Dr. @ the Albany Walk In Clinic to get test results. She was friendly, took the time to read the test results and explain. She advised further recovery suggestions and if any re-occurrence to come back immediately and I appreciated her level of attention and care.

I had a hard time looking for a female family dr. in toronto. So when one popped up near my house I jumped at the opportunity. At first, Dr. Ivanov seemed very nice. helpful even. She appeared engaged in her position and it looked like it was going to be a good fir for me. BOY WAS I WRONG. For she someone who ONLY sits at their desk, rarely engages with her patient, and hides behind her computer and constantly has to look things up. I remember a say when I came to her with some scary symptoms and instead of re-assuring me, or at least trying to figure out what was wrong with me, she told me I may have CANCER, and we should get some tests done to confirm. Without wanting to, I freaked out. She scared the ever living lights out of me. Needless to say, I don't have cancer, but I did have to go through panic attacks to figure that out after she dropped the C word unnecessarily. If she has only morning appointment's, you will not get an afternoon one, as she doesn't like to stay if she doesn't have to. She is AWFUL with refilling scripts too. Nevertheless, I have found a new MD. Its a shame to have such a poor quality Dr. that is female in a city where a good one is so needed. It's not a nice feeling knowing that I cannot discuss more than one ailment with her at a time, even though they may be related. She rushes you out the door and sends you on your not-so-merry way.
