My opinion can't be impartial and final because I'm still under treatment. The treatement works for me but I think I can evaluate her properly only a while after the end of the treatment. It would be interesting to know what made you change your opinion. You seemed very upset with her...

I am the same person who said I am going to write a complaint. Not going to do it, but I am not going to give her a good rating … yet! I thought I should say this, because before I said I am going to complain. People change their mind, and when they do, it’s good to announce it. To those who like the Christmas, merry Christmas! and happy holidays to everybody. Try to get drunk without drinking too much. It is much more fun ;)
