I have been seeing Dr. Chung for a few months now and must say she is a fabulous family doc. She seems smart, detailed and to the point. I'm glad mY daughter and I were able to become a patient of hers.

If you are looking for a doctor with some bedside manner and some professionalism DON'T go to doctor Kalyani Chung. I tryied giving her the benefit of the doubt 4 times. The straw that broke the camel's back was when she told me she only had 15 minutes to see my 4 month old son for a vaccination and so she could not take his vitals. She shewed my wife and I (and our infant son) out of her office after just 8 minutes. What happened to the other 7 minutes Kalyani, and why wouldn't you check a baby's vitals? We had waited 55 minutes to see her, and she wouldn't even give us 15 minutes of her time. What's more, she was incredibly unprofessional when I asked her what she couldn't do what our previous family doctor (who just retired) could always do in 15 minutes.

How do I get ahold of this doctor? I have left UBC Health Services and I was told Dr. Chung also has a practice off-campus.
