I visited for the first time the Civic Emergency unit. Had the pleasure of having Dr. Amaro do the assessment and tests. She was efficient, calm, professional, kind and caring physican. She took the time to explain the situation and give regular updates. She was very polite with all clients including her colleagues in Emergency room.. I felt very well supported and in good hands with Dr. Amaro's diagnostic and approach.
