Patient Sherbourne
Doctor needs to listen before answering to patient's question. Doctor needs to look up patient's chart on the computer, and then answer the question. I was seen by Doctor June Junjun CHENG at Sberhourne Medical Health Centre. It was disappointing. I have to be optimistic that as Dr. Cheng settles into her new position, she will improve her patient care and be better prepared before seeing each patient.
