My son had to have his right kidney removed and both my wife and myself found that she was very professional, kind and friendly. She took the time the explain the procedure and even took pictures of the kidney. Due to some bad experience with his first nanny he is not comfortable with women but he really likes her. She has a way with children. Thank you, Doctor Franc-Guimond.
