I have been Dr. Mulcaster's patient for over 5 years. He is an extraordinary physician who has the most amazing bed-side manner. You matter: plain and simple. He listens, he cares, his skill set is precise and he is patient. His approach is not only refreshing. He is humble and yet his treatment of me is life changing every time I have an appointment. I can not say enough about the man both as a person and as my physician. He is a blessing in my life and I highly recommend Dr. Mulcaster

Dr. Mulcaster provided trigger point injections for my Fibromyalgia 2000 to 2004 and when I went to the Michael DeGroote Pain Clinic and saw that he was there I asked for him. I gave been seeing him for the last 18 months for trigger point injections monthly and have had to epidurals in my neck for Chronic Pain. He is compassionate, thorough, caring and very accurate where you require your injections. He is very knowledgeable and cares about you as a person. Sometimes may run a little late that is because he doesn't rush you and if you have questions will answer them. When it came time to gave the epidural in my neck I was scared knew that I was safe with him. He is also an excellent teaching doctor. Recommend him to everyone.

I saw Dr. Mulcaster for an Epidural today and as my Pain Specialist at the Pain Management Clinic @ McMaster, his genuine care and concern regarding my well-being is truly extraordinary. How many doctors do you know who speak to you while in procedure and you can feel his empathy. I am grateful to be his patient. Thank you so very much.
