First, horrible experience with the reception desk. They are all liars. I called once yesterday afternoon to require a chat with Dr. Gortler. One of receptionists told me that doctor was busy with patience. Then, I left a message. Today, I called again to remind if Dr. Gortler has seen the message or not. Another receptionist said Dr. Gortler wasn't in yesterday and she is busy with so many appointments today. WHAT A HELL???? They were telling different stories to make me doubt are they professional? Second, my CT scan results sent to two different offices on last Friday (One copy is to hearing specialist and another one is to her). The hearing specialist viewed the results right away and called me immediately to book a next appointment. However, she hasn’t seen it until I asked her to do so. She told me everything is fine if I didn't receive any call from the office. I doubt it! I required her to take a look at my results again. She spent over 10 mins to look for the results and told me it is fine. I mentioned there is a 30mm cyst in my brain and how could you draw such conclusion. She totally ignored that piece of information and apologized after. What a "qualified responsible” doctor!!!! She is still accepting new patience. Do you wanna have her to be your family doctor like what she did to me?
