Waterloo, ON. Transferred to Dr. Joy after my long time family doctor retired summer 2017. I book my appts with enough time for me and my kids. I've met her twice and had normal wait (10 to 20 min). Staff is professional, knowledgeable. Once we meet Dr. Joy she has all her attention on us, makes sure your questions are answered and even takes extra few seconds to ask you if you need anything else. Our file is pretty long and she took the time to go back and check all treatments, services, medication, etc received from our previous doctor. I think Dr. Joy provides great service and has proven (at least to our family) that she strives to provide not only excellent service from her staff but to care about your wait time, concerns you may have, provide thorough information from your tests and respond all the questions you have making sure you leave satisfied. Kudos to our new family doctor. Thank you.

She could have prevented my wife back condition from becoming permanent but instead she choose to ignore my wife and emerg doctors. Now my wife lives in constant pain and this joke of a doctor moves to a different city without giving patients records nor did she inform the patients she left behind. Becareful Waterloo, she's now in your city, becareful
