Unprofessional, lied on the report sent to my family doctor about me accepting the medication she recommended and not switching me to the medication I want. An hour and half wait with two minute appointment on my follow up appointment. She just wanted to make sure I am out quickly before I ask to be switched to the medication I want. Complete waste of time and risky to deal with. I am now working with my family doctor to change this medication with the terrible side effect that I didn’t want from the beginning. She said that this medication that I want was in the old days and I have to take the new medication that she forced me to take.

2 hour delay. Not friendly to my wife & myself. As soon as we decided we do not want to proceed with the switching to a medication. She ended the conversation with no other alternative and informed us she is done and out of it. The entire appointment took less than 2 minutes. Absolutely waste of time.
