not very knowledgeable, doesn't listen to the clients complaints. she either deals with very old people at st josephs or young ppl at the university of Guelph where they are desperate and have no choice. no consistent and is spineless will not stand up for her patience. Says one thing and when challenged back s down, she should have been a consultant because a nurse would do a better job oh and the nurse in her office knows what the diet supplement is with the Ontario works and knows about fibro. she knew about neither and couldn't not comment on prognosis because she was uneducated. \never would I recommend her again. what a mistake
