Someones sister in law
My sister in law shared her story with me. If he has that many complaints abt him then he should be reprimanded. He has prescribed the antibiotics 3 times in a row based on the same test results. He would send her to do the test but continuously read the results of the oldest test on file and pretends that the infection remains (a rare kind of uti infection). He should be reported to the Ontario medical association.

Mrs unsatisfied
Where do I start... He wasted over a year of my life by telling me my pain in my hips and knees were weight related , said to shed some weigh. Had Mri done finally at my request, had to get mad at him, and told me it was all normal and had a bit of arthritis in my knees. I later went to emergency as he again could not see me. They retrieved my previous recent Mri he sent me for... And in black and white was clearly indicated hip fracture... Turns out I needed a hip replacement. Finally got one no thanks to him. Old staff Roxanne was the best part of the clinic, he layer her off so now the best thing that ray of sunshine has left and been replaced with Natalie who has no clue what she is doing and is so lost gawd glad I found a new doctor who has time for me!!!! If you care about your self... You will run out of there fast and never look back.

Mr. rather not say
Dr Mwanz was my physician until I witnessed him being terribly rude to his receptionist Roxane. In the front lobby full of patients. Poor girl, I would of quit if I were her. He was in professional and rude. Spoke to her in French assuming I did not understand... but I did. I been looking for a new GP since. I wish I could bring Roxane with with me she is so sweet gets things done asap and has never let me down...you need anything she is happy to help with her nice smile. Byfar th best service I ever received, too bad her boss is not as nice and attenfull as Roxanne is.

I went to doctor Mwanz with a complaint about a possible clot in a deep vein and he assured me that the swelling on my thigh was a tendon and I should take some Advil and check back in three weeks time. Five days later, I went to the Urgent Care clinic for a second opinion and they diagnosed me with superficial vein thrombosis and treated it as an emergency case and sent me to see a specialist at the General Hospital. Dr. Mwanz didn't have a clue. On his diagnosis I could have died, had it been a more serious issue. I am now looking to change my family doctor.
