When my husband came back to the office for the 6 months post surgery check up, the staffs could not find his appt schedule and made him to wait for half an hour without any solution. He specially made a day off for that appt but not nothing. The staffs could not provide any helpful alternative but kept only said your appt. schedule is not in their system and they knew my husband needed this return checked up. They did not explain why but only kept saying ' it is not our fault'. No body wants to take any responsibility. When I called back try to make another appt for my husband. The staff just said the doctor refused to see him and get him back to see his family doctor. What a professional trained doctor. I do think he knows how to caring his patients. Big disappointment !
