After waiting a year to see Dr. McPhaden for a 10 minute follow up appointment, I found myself unable to be at his office at 10:00 a.m. on May 4, 2015 and asked for some flexibility for perhaps around 11:00 if I could be squeezed in. One would think 10 minutes could be found later in the morning but reception advised there is no flexibility. In anticipation of the meeting on May 4, 2015, I had blood work done. Hopefully there will be a report to my family physician. Reception offered me another date but I declined. It could easily happen again. Other than this inflexibility, this physician served me well. I was very sick for quite a while and I am feeling good thanks in part to his efforts on my behalf and I have no complaint.
