Mr. Klukach is a scary looking person, he presents like he just came from the garbage, wears dirty looking shoes and never gives eye contact. this person came into contact with me, not me seek his assistance and i was scared at what i had to look at, one would not see how ugly this person is if he did not have an violence attitude. so this person came into contact with me and told me that he does not care what any of his patients say. he further went to share that whatever he says goes and for me to listen to this, made me wonder and become a different person to investigate him. i ended up at CAMH cause they had no more beds in Toronto, i needed my blood checked for to see what illegal drug contaminants were in my blood. i was exposed to 2nd hand drug smoke as a non-smoker of anything. i had some interactions with this person and though i told this person that i am not mentally ill, he proceeded to create even a data record that was based on an untrue story. John KluKach will only spend what time he needs with you. he will not introduce himself, and he talks with his head down and does not have the decency to share his business card. he said he does not give his card to people for fear that they will take advantage of it. he works in an environment where people are troubled and low, and is very adversarial towards them. he has the mental capacity to only see what he wants. if you oppose his position he gets up and walks out the door. i don't take pharmacy-narcotics for anything. and i use natural methods to heal myself and get better the natural way. so this includes reviewing how i manage appointments, board room meetings for example. it also includes integrating art and proper nutrition and recreation activities into my daily routine. when i told him i take no pharmacy - narcotics he became upset and walked out of the room. he took me to the Consent and Capacity Board (CCB) and read a fabricated medical record. i was really apalled, but more strengthened to push him back. he is really abusive, sexist and patriarchal and racist because he agrees that including racialized communities need to be racialized into bio-medical illnesses, when they are ok, fine and happy. in other words all racialized communities have mental illnesses and he would like to cure them through drugs. as well, he writes he was a cancer survivor, i have no sympathy for him, and what he does to others what almost killed him, will come back. i would recommend the College of Physicians and Surgeons cancel his license and him be the first doctor to be served the death penalty. he is very rude to all the women of color. he's patients are fat, sick looking and loaded up on drugs, with tremors, they are more sick under his care. Dr. John Klukach deals with persons who go through the diversion programs through the jail system. he only sees drugs and it surprises me that he continues to be employed by CAMH, when he does not even follow CAMH rules of engagment with clients. i would not recommend him for anything but to be arrested by police. he can't even conceptualize a person's problem and the problem with his own dirty attitude. very ugly person and very ugly practice. again what almost killed him will kill him soon. best,
